  • I am a trial lawyer who represents victims and their survivors in relation to personal injuries and wrongful deaths arising out of aviation accidents and other forms of personal injury litigation. I also represent airmen, aircraft operators and FAA certified repair stations in aviation enforcement proceedings before the National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration. I also draft aircraft contracts, leases, time shares or interchange agreements, and closing documents for clients in accordance with FAA rules and regulations. I also represent clients who have suffered damage or destruction to their aircraft. I am experienced in drafting and prosecuting Part 13 Informal Complaints and Part 16 Complaints before the Federal Aviation Regulations regarding owners or sponsors of airports who receive federal funds while committing acts of economic discrimination or who deny aviation operators fair and reasonable access to public airports.
