Paul A. Lange is the managing member of the Law Offices of Paul A. Lange, LLC, with offices in Stratford, CT and New York, NY. The six lawyers and four staff in the firm represent businesses and individuals in aviation regulatory and commercial matters with a focus on FAA and DOT enforcement proceedings, insurance matters, FBO/airport disputes and transactions, aviation employment and commercial litigation, aircraft sales and leasing, and Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Paul began his legal career with the FAA, over 30 years ago, and has had an active aviation enforcement defense practice ever since. He is also a co-author of the NBAA’s Charter by the Seat Guide.

Among his leadership activities in a variety of aviation and legal organizations, Paul is a past chair of the NBAA Regulatory Issues Advisory Group, an active member of the NATA Air Charter Committee, and advocates on behalf of the aviation industry before FAA, DOT, NTSB, Congress, State and local governments, and courts nationwide. He and the firm are also widely published and present routinely on aviation regulatory and business matters applicable to aircraft owners and operators, pilots and mechanics, air carriers, FBO’s, repair stations/MRO’s, manufacturers, and financial institutions. Paul holds FAA issued ATP and CFI, A, I & M airman certificates. He also serves as a director on the audit committee at the New England Air Museum.
