Directions
Our special guests will be:
Alfonso J. Montano
Chief Administrative Law Judge, National Transportation Safety Board
Judge Montano spoke to us at a previous luncheon/workshop when he was newly appointed to the Board. He will discuss his years on the bench since then–including his most memorable experiences as a jurist.
Mary M. McCarthy
Regional Counsel, Eastern Region, Federal Aviation Administration
Ms. McCarthy will review the FAA’s recent reorganization. What do the changes mean to the Aviation Bar?
Brendan Kelly
Managing Attorney, Enforcement Division, Federal Aviation Administration
Mr. Kelly will discuss the Agency’s current Enforcement Program. How does the Agency determine whether remedial action or enforcement action is appropriate when a violation may have occurred?
We invite all interested parties to attend. Please register as soon as possible if you are interested in joining us, so that we have an accurate count for the restaurant. If you would like to register using the paper form and pay by check, please download the form here.
